This coming Sunday we will be gathering for worship at 9am on The Barge”. We will be focusing our time on Mark 6.14-29. In this passage we find the famous dance of the daughter of Herodias — which was Herod’s wife. This dance was so captivating that Herod offered the young dance up to half of his kingdom. Herodias came up with idea that she wanted John the Baptist beheaded and brought on a platter. Let’s gather together and learn more about standing up to the injustices in our society and what that means for Christ’s Church.
