This coming Sunday we will be gathering at 9am on “The Barge” for worship. “The Barge” is located at 106 S. Water Street – downtown Wilmington. We will be focusing our time on Ecclesiastes 9.1-12. In this passage we learn about time and chance happen to all (v11). It is not about how swift you are, or how strong you are, or how much food you have, or about how much money you have, or about how much skill you have —– but everyone has the same conclusion —— and that is death (v3). But take notice of v1 —— which makes the case that the righteous and the wise give themselves over to trust by giving themselves to the hand of God. Let us gather together and learn more about how we can put our trust in Christ and Christ alone.
